15. Dispute Resolution | Utatuzi wa Migogoro
English
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 14 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Dar es Salaam under rules of a recognized arbitration body (e.g., Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators).

- Language: English or Swahili
- Decision is final and binding
Courts may only be used for enforcement or interim relief.

16. Delivery & Risk Transfer | Uhamisho wa Hatari
English
Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery (signature, phone confirmation, or digital proof).
We are not liable after confirmed delivery.

17. Payment Disputes & Anti-Chargeback | Migogoro ya Malipo
English
By paying, the customer confirms ownership of the payment method and acceptance of terms. Fraudulent chargebacks (including mobile money reversals) are prohibited.
We may:
- Submit evidence to payment providers
- Suspend accounts
- Take legal action to recover losses
Customers must contact support before raising disputes.

Kwa kufanya malipo, mteja anathibitisha umiliki wa akaunti na kukubali masharti. Marejesho ya fedha ya udanganyifu hayaruhusiwi.
Tunaweza:
- Kutoa ushahidi kwa watoa huduma wa malipo
