All returned items will be inspected before approval of refund or exchange

- Processed within 3–5 business days after approval

7. Exchanges | Kubadilisha Bidhaa
- Allowed only for defective or wrong items
- Inaruhusiwa kwa bidhaa zenye kasoro au zisizo sahihi
- Replacement after verification
- Ubadilishaji hufanyika baada ya uhakiki
8. Return Costs | Gharama za Marejesho
- We cover costs if it is our mistake
- Tunagharamia kama kosa ni letu
- Customer covers costs for other reasons

10. Fraud Prevention | Kuzuia Udanganyifu
- Returns with signs of use, damage by customer, or missing items will be rejected
- Marejesho yenye dalili za matumizi, uharibifu wa mteja au upungufu wa vitu yatakataliwa
- False claims may lead to account restriction
